Everyone has their own definition of mindfulness. I view mindfulness as the quality of being aware of your actions in the present moment, and how those actions impact you, your body, others, and the world around you.
Mindfulness is involved in many aspects of life. For example, you must be mindful of what you say to others in your relationships and friendships. What many people overlook is how important mindfulness is to your physical health. Simply the act of eating healthy food or using natural products can seriously impact your wellbeing and make you feel happy and confident. When your body feels good so do you! It’s as simple as that.
This corner is going to be primarily focused on the topic of mindfulness and how it is connected to beauty and health. Since I am interested in sustainability and living a minimalist/no-waste* life, I am going to be talking about the products we use every day, their effects, and how to replace them with simple all-natural and DIY replacements.
